"My husband was looking for some info.\r\nI see the site provided info for free with their 3 day free trial.\r\nI went to find the info, was led to a plate where I had to download a manual.\r\nAfter several attempts on several different applications we were not able to access the info. \r\nI was unable to utilise the info on this site, so I unsubscribed.\r\nWas then charged for it.\r\nI contacted support explaining the issue, that I was unable to view after trying on 2 seperate desk top computers and a laptop, I unsubscribed but they are refusing to refund the money.\r\nNot only are they falsely advertising that 3 days are free (I signed up and unsubscribed within the same day), but I could not access the info anyway!\r\nVERY UNHAPPY."
