The nasty current landowner is an absolute nightmare controlling any investor led decisions to their detriment. Looking to pounce on any remaining scraps. Its been an unmitigated disaster of the most horrendous legal proportions which the new land owner has only taken advantage of. A kafkaesk nightmare would be a far better description. Many millions of investors' cash have been lost thru a really bad company known as Green Parks Holdings Ltd (who sold out to the above new landowner) after they had wrecked everything as a result of total mismanagement and outright fraud. The Student blocks Emerging Property also marketed were in trouble first with nonpayments then next West Beach went down, where I foolishly invested. I was a novice in property at that time and I lost hard earned money saved over many decades by my then recently dead husband. Its just shocking. The scum involved should be strung up. Even the solicitor they used has gone bankrupt! Thats three rotten companies! Its impossible to believe such blackguards are at the helm of these bad firms. Its greed of course.”
