“The glove's exquisite craftsmanship is immensely hindered by the cheap lacing of the 'lace cross' webbing. The cross has been laced with an extremely thin and flimsy strip of leather that is so light it blows in the wind. I understand the lace has little more than aesthetic value, but it is a touch point that companies like Rawlings take into consideration... and they do not shrink back. Rawlings makes a point to deliver MORE than expected. Using the exact same lace as the rest of the glove would have drastically improved the glove's presentation. The leather is high quality, the stitching is exquisite, the moisture wicking pad is extremely comfortable, the color of the leather is rich, and the logo AND customizations have been expertly endowed upon the glove. The customer service is excellent! My experience with emails, Instagram DM's, and all other interactions has been phenomenal! The craftsmen personally reached out to me before beginning their work to confirm details and receive clarification, ensuring my expectations were met; Not many comapies would do that. It is a high quality glove crafted by a high quality company with high quality employees, and yet, the product has been tainted by a shortcut, an oversight... the lacing. It is like putting on a $1,000 Armani suit and then slipping on some muddy skechers, and heading off to an awards ceremony. Something doesn't belong! Your product is too well designed and too well crafted to have such a flaw. I love the company, and I love your products. Details such as this lacing, carry more weight than they may first appear. I believe in Emery and I can see this company becoming the #1 Glove company in the market! Perhaps, even becoming "The official glove of Major League Baseball," IF all customer touch points are MASTERED. I've been descriptive and detailed because I want to see Emery grow and develop more, please don't take my review as hate. I love this company”
