“The customer service was great and the construction of my glove is great the only reason there is a low rating is because my first glove never showed up”

Caden - We are truly sorry for the shipping snafu on the first attempt - it’s a first for us to have something marked as delivered but never arrive. While I am new here, I’m glad you appreciated our customer service and I’m glad we were able to make you a second glove at no charge that you are currently enjoying.
