My Lovebirds Old small bowl has the letters HS in green lettering on the base. What does this mean? The Mug and small plate don't have this mark.

bt 2 teacups order number s0574310 on arrival one of the teacups was chipped i phoned 01782 210565 to explain was asked to take photo which i did an was told that sorry nothing can be done as when the cup left the factory it was ok so i now have a chipped teacup which is no good to anyone surley its not my fault that its been chipped between your factory and my home not a good advert for emma bridgewater not customer friendly when i spoke to your assistant she sadi that once she looked at the photo you would send another one out.verydisappointed today.
