“Took the money for my order but didn't deliver all the items. I rang 3 times asking when the money would be refunded and each time I was told it was on it's way. I then got PayPal involved. EMP told me,incorrectly, that they could not refund the money as I had opened a dispute through PayPal and asked me to close this before they paid the money back.I left it up to PayPal to sort out and now my money is finally refunded 4wks after I first contacted EMP. Thanks PayPal and personally I wouldn't touch EMP with a barge pole!”
“Completely ignored on emails, the date is passed that the goods were suppose to come. I send mails asking if its gonna take long, and how long. Still getting ignored. At this point i dont even know if my order is gonna make it to me. Want to try get a refund but want the goods a lot, isnt only for me. I wouldnt be stressed if it was a small order. But its a big order. Im not exactly wealthy so being treated like that in a huge order just feels stressful.. At least a reply would be something. They treat me like they never took my money.”
