“Ordered a kids XL size. A XS was delivered. Posted back for a swap for the correct size recorded delivery & I can track it to see who signed for it and when but they deny ever receiving it. left high and dry, feel I have wasted my money and my son is going to miss out on the birthday present he was most looking forward to. Happy to change my review if this problem eventually gets sorted out.”
