“Ordered two England training tops for two grandsons' Xmas presents and only when I checked on my order was I informed not only was one out of stock but Nike weren't sending any more! Dreadful customer service. Thank goodness the FAI could do better for our bi-nationality family.”

“Ordered various items on black friday and picked size instock only for the whole order to be delayed and being told one item that my son had picked for his birthday was now out of stock not to be replaced. Dreadful service and no offer of pick another item and we will cover the difference. My last purchase from the FA shop for sure.”
