“bought two they are a complete waste of money both leaked water into bottom stem and no longer work replaced one stem under warranty and it leaked water next time it rained”

“Bought 2 of the hanging fly trap bags for my chook pen and they work brilliantly. Put a couple of cooked chook bones in each and they worked a treat. Can highly recommend. Unfortunately I couldn’t get my photos to upload to show you.”

“:bought two solar powered snake deterrents early January, they lasted 2 weeks and then died. Located in full sun. The product is rubbish. There 1800 number is no longer connected. Would not recommend using.”

“If i could put no stars I would have. Do NOT buy. They are cheap products that don't work. This company is very dishonest & customer service is even worse. They dont answer the phone nor give you a refund. Don't make the same mistake i made & buy these.”

“Company is fake bought 10 within less than 2 months 5 failed returned back only to be told they are water damaged these are made for outdoors for normal weather I don’t understand any excuse won’t answer phones have a rude customer service don’t not recommend there product is worse than Bunnings ones”

“Have brought close to 20 snake repeller then you replaced some then even when they arrive they don't work. Sick of chasing you people up. Will go to other brand. Your product dosnt work and customer service isn't great. You try and buy local and this is what happens. Good customer service and good product and lm happy to pay.”

“recently purchased mosquito and bug prevention plugs from this company and had a truly disappointing experience with both the product and their customer service. Based on the website’s advice, I bought 5 plugs for $130, as my apartment was deemed “slightly larger than average.” The Product • Upon arrival, I found the plugs to be clunky and bulky. • They occupy an entire power point, and since my apartment has limited power points, I could only use two of the five plugs. • The product requires power points to be at a specific height, which is impractical in most apartments. • Most importantly, the plugs did not work. Mosquitos and bugs continued to enter my apartment just as they had before. The Return Process The company advertises a 30-day return guarantee, so I emailed them detailing my experience and requesting instructions for a return. Unfortunately, this is where things went from bad to worse: • Their initial response was a generic email stating that returns are only accepted for unused items. • I replied, explaining that I had to use the plugs to discover they were ineffective. • Since then, I’ve received over 10 identical, generic emails with no resolution. Customer Service Their customer service is absolutely shocking: • No human engagement—just automated responses. • No one answers the phone when you call. • They make no effort to resolve the issue or stand by their product guarantee. Conclusion The product itself is a failure, but the customer service experience is even worse. It’s clear this company is only interested in making a profit and has no intention of providing real customer support. I strongly advise against purchasing from them. Save your money, your time, and your frustration. This experience felt like a scam, and I’m writing this review to warn others.”

“Product captures vast numbers of moths and beetles that clog fan in less than 12 hours, and minimal mosquitos. Company does not honour satisfaction guarantee. I ADVISE TO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Very disappointing for an Australian company that claims to be eco friendly, be designed for Australian conditions, and have no questions asked, 30 day satisfaction guarantee.”

“I bought their other product product which is guaranteed to repel handicapped people from straying in to my yard and, it works!!! Ever since I installed it I haven't seen any handicapped people in my yard. It's bloody amazing! Thankyou Mr envirobug.”

“Deletes reviews on their websites. Most likely pays or have paid for reviews. Snake repeller vibration product doesn’t work as the vibrations would have to be massive like a car driving over speed bumps or you would have to buy heaps and have them around 10cm spacing. Also shouldn’t make noise as snakes don’t have ears and cannot hear anything. They sense by their tongue. They also block you on social media if you don’t agree with them or point out correct things, which mislead consumers. Other products maybe ok like mosquito net. But snake repeller waste of money, keep your grass short, keep it tidy and no hiding places and best to leave them alone or call a snake catcher.”

“This company DO NOT honour their warranty on faulty products! Nor do they return calls! Extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. I definitely do not recommend buying any products from this company! Such a shame as I like supporting Australian companies.”

“Do NOT purchase anything from this company! I have faulty products which were purchased less than 12 months ago and they are not willing to honour their product replacement warranty. Customer service is dreadful and very unprofessional. I was endeavouring to support an Australian company and have been left with a faulty (expensive) product.”

“Haven’t used the product yet but trying to get an instruction sheet was terrible. They don’t include one in your product even though they advertise it has one… u have to wait for them to email you one then make a copy yourself… would never had bought if I knew I had to jump thru these hoops.”
