“I live in belgium and my package has not arrived yet after more than 1 month and i had to pay 30 euros more. I would not recommend this if you live autside of England”

Hi Thomas, I'm sorry to hear that your package hasn't arrived yet, we only have one delivery method to Belgium which is €11.08 (only about €5 more than delivery to a UK address), so I'm unsure what the €30 more you have stated in your review is about. Occasionally international parcels can have issues and get delayed or lost with delivery couriers, which is completely out of our control, however, we provide full tracking information so that you can see where your parcel is at any point in its journey. We have had no communication from you prior to this review to get this resolved. We are a very small family business who pride ourselves on great customer service, so we're a little upset that you haven't given us a chance to look into this and rectify the problem before leaving us a bad review. “Products have mixed quality. Toaster tongs from them are great, cheese slice has a very poor handle.”
