“I haven’t had the item , ordered some time ago . The tracking info doesn’t allow me to track it . I haven’t had a response to my emails chasing things up”

Hi Nikki, apologies that you had a problem. We can't see that you have emailed us? It's saying your order has been delivered but we appreciate sometimes couriers do lose parcels. Please can you email us on info@envirotoy.co.uk so we can resolve.

“Item not received, tried to call, the line just goes dead, have raise a refund request via PayPal”

Hello Po, we're sorry that you had a problem. I'm not sure why the phone number goes dead, the phone line is working. We can't see that you have sent an email either?
