“One of the items I ordered was incorrectly described on the website. When I called the first time EPNY was going to make good on the order; however no one ever got back to me and when I called back a few days later they were not going to send what I ordered. Probably won't buy from EPNY again so don't bother send me 20% coupon for future purchases.”
“I have long been a fan of EP NY products because of high quality with the clothing lasting many years. I had purchased just about EVERY collection for 10 years. HOWEVER, I recently learned that EP NY is no longer carrying size 1X. I am EXTREMELY dissappointed. As a plus size lady, EP was one brand that, when coordinating outfits with a team, that we would select your brand. You have now lost all inclusive sizing and therefore, many future purchases from my club. I will be spreading the word about this.”
“I have several pairs of pants from EPNY, so I thought I could be sure my regular size would fit me in a skirt. When I found out this was not the case, EPNY would not let me return it. This will be my last purchase from this company.”
“i didn't realize that I could not return an item that was on sale. I had ordered a large and medium of the ombre effect geo dress because I was not sure what size would fit best. It wasn't until I tried to return the medium that I found out I could not return it. Usually when you buy an item online, it will say "final sale." This was not clear at all. Therefore, probably will not be purchasing much in the future.”
“In the past year, EP dropped the 19" length skirt. Now it appears the 17 1/2" is also being phased out. It was a really stupid move on the company's part. Starting to look elsewhere”

“I ordered 3 skorts and received them within a few days in a very nice padded mailer type package. Unfortunately, product quality didn't match shipping quality. These are golf skorts, and the fabric and construction seems good, but the skorts are loose on me, even though I ordered the smaller end of my normal size range, and were ridiculously long IMO for golf skorts. All 3 come down to my knees. I asked if I could exchange them, but the answer was no, so I'm stuck. Don't join me!”
“I understand it was a sample pak but it would have been nice if the shirts somewhat resembled the picture shown to market the deal. Instead, I received 3 shirts that looked like they had been hanging on the sale rack since two seasons ago.”
“Patterns on clothes are cute but quality varies. The last 2 skorts I bought have loose undershorts that don't hug thighs and ride up. Impossible to walk 18 in them and constantly fidgeting to reset them. My last order was missing an item and when inquired I was told it was out of stock. I had to ask where it was and also ask for the refund since it wasn't going to be sent. Not only did I have to ask, I had to ask more than once. My order was confirmed and charged for all items on July 29, was delivered Aug 3 with one item missing. I inquired on August 4 and August 6 and finally received notification of refund on August 8 after a second request. Unacceptable customer service. The item that wasn't shipped should never have been charged to begin with. Since it was also part of a patching outfit it renders the skort less than useful.”
“That shirt was not made well . It was all bunched up at the neckline zipper. The golf skirt was the wrong color and too big . I put both of them in the Salvation Army box instead of going to the trouble of returning it!”
“I have been sent this email for a review. I ordered a golf skort and top on June4th. As of today, June 14 th I still have not received my order, so it is difficult to write a review on the products. When ordered stated delivery was 3-5 business days which should have been the 9th or at least by the 12th.”
“I’ve been buying EP golf dresses for years, but recently, they’ve changed the fit of their dresses. They’re now shorter (and I’m not tall), tighter in the waist/hips, and bigger in the chest, and they do not work for me. I had to return them. Please bring back the fit you had for years!”
