“Equafleece has developed a measurement system to accurately determine the right size for dogs. When you enter the data, an error occurs, preventing further progress. Seeking help, a staff member asks for a photo of your dog. After sending it, they suggest a sweater that should fit. However, when you order it, it doesn't fit at all. The return costs are the customer's responsibility (16 € from Germany). I can only warn others against buying from them.”
“I sent exact size for my cockerpoo and was sent a coat twice as big. Was refunded for coat but they refused to pay return postage despite it being their fault. Put me off ordering again”
