“I have bought numerous things from Escapade. The items have always been great value for money and really prompt delivery. What I feel that you need to improve on is customer service on the phones. Trying to get in contact with you for an issue was a massive problem. It took nearly a week for someone to pick up the phone. The issue was dealt with straight away which was amazing, it just takes so long to get in contact with you. I must admit it does put me off a little purchasing again. I hope this can be rectified then you would have a first class business. Amy Parker”

Dear Amy thank you for your review. I must apologise to all our customers, I as the director thought the phone system's were updated for the longer hours as stated on our website. I read a review earlier today stating that they also couldn't get through yesterday. Having just double checked I noticed that they were correct. “Escapade have been great! My items got to me quicker than expected! They was the only place I could find the costume I wanted and it was even at a very reasonable price. The only problem I've had it that the hat that came with my costume is a little but small but that might say more about my head than the product! I would definitely use Escapade again!”

“Would have given 5 stars as the costume is fantastic the only thing that’s not good are the ears they are impossible to wear so had to buy some separately, other than that the fit was amazing and I wore long boots over the top.”
