“Costume was not supplied with all the accessories described. I ordered 2 different sizes and when I tried to return one, it was incredibly difficult to obtain the correct return address and the return section of the website seems to be permanently down. I was also only refunded the current price, not the original price I paid despite returning it unworn and within the statutory cool off period - this is in breach of consumer regulations. Not very happy.”

“Delivery and payment was quick and easy. Products were as stated apart from t-shirt which was incredibly tight and unfortunately did not look good quality as so tight. I bought this top in a size larger than usual.”

“I bought the Dopey Gnome costume for an upcoming fancy dress party. The costume was decent value for money and arrived within 3 days (i paid the cheapest available delivery charge). However, for some reason the inside of the packaging was covered in green glitter. This wasn't the end of the world but it took me about half an hour to get it all off the costume which was a bit annoying. Other than that the service was very good.”
