Dear Adam Please accept our apologise. Your order was sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which was shipped on Thursday and delivered two working days later on Monday. We have an account with Royal Mail which means there should be no further payment for our customers to make. Did you receive a cards asking you to make a payment? Or did the postman want payment at delivery? Please take a photo of the receipt and send to contact@escapade.co.uk and we will refund you immediately and investigate with Royal Mail. This is the first time I have heard this has happened, ever in the last 15 years. your tracking information is not showing that there was any delay or payment requested. Best Regards Escapade

“I ordered the costume on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. It feels lovely and although just a medium, is quite generous. I haven't tried the tights on yet, as I have a fear of putting my fingers through them before the event! Excellent service.”
