“Products were excellent when they arrived but ordered Friday and paid a premium for a Saturday delivery and order only arrived Monday.... not happy but looking at the tracker it was a parcel force issue not Escapade.”

“Requested next day delivery however it didn't arrive on the required day, it eventually turned up just in the nick of time for our fancy dress party. Appreciate it was over the Christmas period, however no customer services available and finally got a response 3rd Jan (no apology and no refund of the next day delivery charge!) Costumes were ok but the same brand available elsewhere, so I wouldn't rush back to Escapade based on my experience.”
