“Costume I had ordered arrived on a Tuesday. On opening I discovered that the hat was missing. I rang Escapade immediately and explained the situation. Girl on the other end of the telephone apologised and said she would arrange for it to be sent. It arrived with me on Friday morning. I was originally annoyed that the order had been short-shipped but customer service dealt with it efficiently and effectively. I am also very pleased with the costume. Thank you.”

“Wanted it for a party but when I opened it up the glue had come off on to the inside of the mask and stuck it to the gloves and the top looks very cheap if I’m honest”

“Fantastic Panda costume. I bought the more expensive one from the site and I was a little apprehensive about what I’d receive but when the prompt delivery arrived I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent costume. Fabric great and it’ll obviously last many outings. Top quality product. Communication from the company is also excellent. Ian H”
