“I love how easy this has been for us. However the one thing I will say can be improved, which is what I took a star off for, is the paying system. I had to keep doing math (gross LOL) to figure out how much was remaining. They don’t provide you a receipt. Just a confirmation of payment. Other than that, it’s been great!”

“Enjoyed searching for my vacation package. I found it very interesting how the prices fluctuated over the several weeks of my search. I liked the transparency of airlines and flight times which helped me choose the package I wanted. When it came to the actual booking I was surprised to see an additional three hundred dollars in costs, but I had committed to the trip and went through with it. Over the next few days I had some anxiety, so I phoned the escapes team and they reassured me I could change the hotel portion of my trip for $400 (for 4 people). I also wondered how I would reserve our seats on the airplane, which the agent did for me happily. Make sure you read the find print on your tickets and get the app for your airport to hotel transportation.”

“We were looking for a quick 4-day getaway with specific departure and return times. Escapes.ca had many options for us to choose from. We successfully booked our preferred resort with only one comment, seat selection. Seat selection requires you to click on a link which, in a world of internet scams, caused us to pause. It was completely legit but we were hesitant. Also, once you select your seats you can't go back to check or change. Perhaps at check-in? Paperwork and follow-up communications have been great. We will look to Escapes.ca for future bookings.”

“We found the booking process quite easy with the exception of not being able to book multiple groups on one booking. We were a group of seven and actually had to divide out booking and have two people paying. Hoping this does not cause problems when we get to the resort for room division.”
