Why do e sure not come back to regarding a complaint had an email from customer relations saying someone wil contact you was out when called and the person asked my wife if she cold speak about complaint not her vehicle not her complaint still waiting despite sending another e/mail and requesting details of person handling my complaint.

I have 2 cars insured currently with Esure. One of these cars is now being driven by my daughter who also has Esure comprehensive insurance until her policy expiry date, & has already informed Esure that she is driving my 2nd car that is still owned by me, her Father. I am still the owner, and have not changed ownership to DVLA yet, as it may only be short term. I am still taxing the vehicle for this reason. Please clarify if this car has to still legally have to be insured by me even though I am not driving it for the time being. I know that I can still drive it if necessary by using my 1st car`s Esure car policy (Comprehensive cover) , but realise it would only be 3rd Party, Fire & Theft cover now when driving it , not Fully Comprehensive cover. Can you clarify this for me?
