“Was thrilled to find an ethical sneaker company to get my boyfriend something nice for his birthday. Unfortunately, it turned into a saga that’s now been going on three months. I’ve had to return two pairs of shoes to them, the second time because they sent the wrong ones when I tried to exchange the first. I’ve now been waiting nearly a month for them to refund my shipping costs due to their error. Customer service has been really poor, slow response times and have been told to “be patient” when I ask for an update. His bday was in Nov, it’s Feb now and I’m still waiting for my shipping refund... done being patient.”
“Skater Olive Green shoes were excellent. Really good quality upper, thick and isulated but breathable. Sole is sturdy but flexible and it has great arch support inside. Best ethical and sustainable runners I have found.”
