“Was thrilled to find an ethical sneaker company to get my boyfriend something nice for his birthday. Unfortunately, it turned into a saga that’s now been going on three months. I’ve had to return two pairs of shoes to them, the second time because they sent the wrong ones when I tried to exchange the first. I’ve now been waiting nearly a month for them to refund my shipping costs due to their error. Customer service has been really poor, slow response times and have been told to “be patient” when I ask for an update. His bday was in Nov, it’s Feb now and I’m still waiting for my shipping refund... done being patient.”
