“Sent back a return. Never got an exchange replacement”

“Supplier shipped the wrong ring. Returned the ring and then received the the wrong size. The supplier said they’ve provided the size that was requested. It’s been six weeks and the ring really isn’t worth this much hassle.”

“Ring never arrived. Got no response to emails or phone calls. PayPal dispute was commenced and I received a full refund because the company never responded to PayPal either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you do, ensure you pay with PayPal for protection 🤬🤬🤬”

“The ring is perfect. The same can’t be said for the shipping. It took almost 3 weeks to show up. Apparently took two planes from Melbourne to Auckland. Ridiculous”

“I love the one ring I received but wasn’t sent my second one. I sent an email to customer service and called the phone number and let a message. No one has gotten back to me to fix the problem.”

“If you live in the US, I don't recommend shopping a ring here. I bought the ring 7 days ago and my ring still has not managed to leave Australia! Currently they have " booked a flight " for the ring, I am gussing the passed 3 days all flights to America were fully booked so they had to wait???”

“I bought the correct size ring but the wrong one was sent the first time, I then proceeded to order two larger sizes (as I was under the impression that my first order was incorrect) and didn't receive a return envelope with my order. I also had to call several times to have ETRNL initiate the exchange after I sent the original one back two weeks prior. In the end, I've been left with the wrong size ring, and gave up because communicating with ETRNL has been too difficult. I decided to order the original size (which was correct the whole time) from Amazon, and I now have 10 silicone rings for the price I paid for one ETRNL silicone ring and it's they are perfect. I've now wasted about $35 of my hard-earned cash and I'm left with a product that I don't need.”
