“I bought my fiance a tungsten ring in February, engraved with some special dates. It came quickly and he loved it, though unfortunately it broke. The team was amazing in replacing the ring with a titanium one and was a pleasure to deal with. We love the new ring and appreciate the great customer service by the team!”
