“Great ring, amazing customer service. Had a few issues with sizing and they have a great return policy. Spoke with Perry on the phone and received the best customer service in a long time. Would highly recommend the company and rings. I can't speak highly enough of the service given though, made my day how Perry went the extra mile to help me out.”

“Great experience with Etrnl. My fiancé wanted a Tungsten ring which isn’t easy to find in store. We did return one ring as it was too large and didn’t suit him. The return was very easy and he chose another ring which suited him very well.”

“I really appreciated how easy it was to return and exchange ring sizes. My husband preferred the men's performance silicone ring over the men's classic, as it sits flatter and doesn't trap moisture. Both are comfortable to wear.”

“I love this ring, Etrnl have done a great job. They have also gone absolutely out of their way with their customer service - which is important as I don't live in Australia. Highly recommend, and these guys really want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. :-D”

“Despite purchasing the ring sizing kit, rings don't fit well as they are thicker the the sizer and therefore not accurate. Returns seem to be as confusing as possible and still waiting for my exchange”

“Dealing with Etrnl was really easy - their sizing kit was exactly what I needed, and when I stopped to pick it up one of their staff very helpfully showed me some of the rings they had in stock which really helped. The ring itself is perfect, and has attracted more attention than I would have expected from a men's ring. The finish is perfect, and it's exactly what we wanted.”

“Bought the ring for my husband and got it personalised but was sort of disappointed as I could barely read it unless really look and focus on what was written if the engraving could be filled with another colour to see personalised message other than that very durable ring and he loves it”

“The products are great but what I really liked was the returns process. Changing a ring size was so easy when I found my first one was too big. With the prepaid envelope provided and the easy to follow steps made the returns process very easy. I would happily shop with Etrnl rings again and I would recommend them”
