“We originally purchased a men’s titanium ring. We had issues with sizing. Communication from the company wasn’t forthcoming. In fact, there was none. After numerous emails, I finally heard back and the situation was rectified. Their problem solving was above and beyond what I expected. I was extremely grateful for the effort. And so went on to purchase two more rings. The rings are fantastic quality. My husband loves both his titanium for “occasions” and silicone for work. I wore my white silicone travelling. Never discoloured. Could hardly feel on my finger. All in all, we’re very happy with the product and would purchase again.”

“The ring looks great! I ordered the Damascus and it does indeed have a unique pattern. The customer service was superb. I ended up needing a different size and Etrnl was gracious enough to process the exchange and work with me to remedy the issue. The team holds customer satisfaction in high regard and went the extra mile to make sure this was the case.”
