“Tolles Gebührensystem ansprechende Plattform sehr umfassendes Angebot an handelbaren Instrumenten leider keine Anbindung an Agena Trader - deshalb ein Punkt Abzug”

“Ihre Seite gefällt mir sehr gut, zwei Dinge gefallen mir allerdings nicht. Zum einen die um einiges höheren Finanzierungskosten gegenüber Ihren Konkurenten und zum anderen wird der Handel z.B. Dax schon vor 22Uhr ohne Vorankündigung einfach abgebrochen. Das ist nicht ok.”

“Great price-performance ratio! Good platform. Very huge amount on tradable markets. Con: The absolute dependence on your own platform. (which can be improved in a few things I think) To "fish" new customers with a huge "First-deposit-bonus" promotion is okay, but to withdraw that bonus from their accounts after a while because of no reason is just bad. Conclusion: Cheap broker with many hidden fees and some other minor deficiencies.”

“Die Währungsumrechnung ( zu welchem Kurs?) und der aktuelle Kontostand ist für mich nicht schlüssig nachvollziehbar. Ich wünschte mir eine verständlichere und übersichtlichere Abrechnung. Auch wünschte ich mir eine solche Befragung in deutscher Sprache und E-Mail auch in Deutsch. Die App reagiert nicht immer zuverlässig. Stoppkurse werden sehr spät ausgelöst. Was ich gut finde, ist die kostenlose Telfonnummer und die Bemühungen der Kollegen bei Problemen zu helfen.”

“Struggled for months with their people over my withdrawal and they just kept deflecting me after taking all i had to give. If not for the resourcefulness of the professionals at resuc .com I would have still been in that mess. With their specialized encryption and data tracking they were able to locate and retrieve my forgone assets”

“Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Profitable orders are vanished and the company steals your money. When I talk to support about it, even the bot is better than the live chat agent. Reputable sources recommended Guardclaims .com for their excellent recovery service and it was beautiful experience reclaimed my assets in peace”

“Bin allgemein sehr zufrieden mit ETX Capital. Die Plattform gefällt mir, da sehr übersichtlich und hat alles was ich brauche. Die Kosten sind gering. Ich handle meistens nur CFDs auf Aktien. Gute Ausführungen. Und wenn es grobe Fehler gab, wurden die schnell behoben. Das fand ich sehr gut! Also Fazit: meine volle Zufriedenheit. Alexander Schick”
