“Great price-performance ratio! Good platform. Very huge amount on tradable markets. Con: The absolute dependence on your own platform. (which can be improved in a few things I think) To "fish" new customers with a huge "First-deposit-bonus" promotion is okay, but to withdraw that bonus from their accounts after a while because of no reason is just bad. Conclusion: Cheap broker with many hidden fees and some other minor deficiencies.”

“Die Währungsumrechnung ( zu welchem Kurs?) und der aktuelle Kontostand ist für mich nicht schlüssig nachvollziehbar. Ich wünschte mir eine verständlichere und übersichtlichere Abrechnung. Auch wünschte ich mir eine solche Befragung in deutscher Sprache und E-Mail auch in Deutsch. Die App reagiert nicht immer zuverlässig. Stoppkurse werden sehr spät ausgelöst. Was ich gut finde, ist die kostenlose Telfonnummer und die Bemühungen der Kollegen bei Problemen zu helfen.”
