“This co Lang took all the money in my trading account and deactivated my account. I called and emailed them but they never responded back to me. They were not accessible. “I was contacted from a Binary Options company based in Great Britain. I was offered a Binary Option trading account where experts' in their field would trade a Managed Account on my behalf and would take 10% of any profits. The minimum investment to access the Managed Account was £2,000. I was approached again once I made the £25,000 investment to add a further £40,000 to access a higher return on my investment not understanding the company was an entire scam! Then my lawsuit got lengthy and really costly, hence a certified Binary Options recovery expert Lonnie was recommended from a safe platform guided me on steps to take to recover my money back. “I lost an incredible amount of Funds to the fake Binary option Brokers, It all started from a phone call and after some persuasion I decided to invest, after months of constant investment I decided to ask for a payout this was the beginning of my turmoil, to my dismay I was still asked to invest more. Being a Single Mother of 3 kids this really affected me and despite all efforts to contact them failed. Luckily enough for me I was introduced to Binaryoptionrecoveryspecialist (dot) (com) within a week, to my surprise all my funds were returned to me thank you so much.”

“Hi every one never ever use this platform as they don't like to give profit away they scam me and kept my 836 profit and never told me what happened this is the shitest broker I have ever went through . They don't give a fuck if you lose money but as soon as you make money they will suspend your account fuck etx you fucking scam bag .”

“"If i could give zero stars i would but its not an option...20 pip spreads sometimes and the spread coincidentally widens just to take your stop loss out...very clever guys...nice scam. Plenty of decent brokers out there though. These sharks don't have long left if what i am hearing is true...stay away."”

“Have not traded for a while. Found an email in my junk email over Christmas saying I would be charged for having a dormant account. Emailed to say I was about to start trading please don't charge me and next day found $25 taken from my account by ETX. I will now close my account and use a new broker. This is theft. Don't touch ETX, they will take your money for no good reason. Writing to the Financial Ombudsman. This is very sharp practice.”

“Dear Sirs First, Alpari went bankrupt. Then we had an incredible bureaucracy to do. My money was not repaid as promised on my credit card or bank account. No, it was transferred automatically and without ask me to the ETX broker. And now the shock. ETX has already charged my account 3 times with 20 euros. Do you really think that this corresponds to a good customer service? I've been working with different brokers for many years, but I've never seen anything like it before! I can not accept such things. No problem, I have three other brokers to ensure a better service. Best regards Account 5508283 Markus Menzi”

“I have tried for the longest time to get you to get my name right i.e first name Richard, last name Grunwald. I have no funds in the account nor will I fund an account with a broker who cannot get my name right. Apart from the offense it causes, I can not transfer from an account with a wrong name to any other bank account etc with my correct name”

“Your overnight transaction fees are ridiculous. I am trading exotic currencies Dollar/Rand and as if the spread isn't big enough you have these ridiculous fees on your substandard trading platform. Please put this review on your website or facebook page instead of just the 5 star reviews. And please respond to my email I sent two days ago.”

“ETX has been changing their veiws and polices as very hesitant and shaky mgmt we have started with you a year ago policy has changed about 7 times, along with rules that chase clients out by all means this not our market or the what happens in the market no one say your roll over goes 15 time of what way paid or what the makert offers so whether you are using the worng clearing bank or the mgmt decised to make money the wrong way”

“Repeating emails requesting documents but no one checks the inbox / replies on email and documents sent. Spamming with compliance requests and no proper support is not showing a strong organization.”
