A good basic platform, easy for entry level participants into trading and then as an easy to use platform for simple strategies.

It is easy to navigate your way around the site, for instance for FX, ther is any easychoice between between selecting daily rolling, near quarter or far quarter. If I am permitted a negative view, I can't say I am enamoured about your grab of 10% of returning funds. I always thought that it was the spread that adequately funded organisations such as yours.

Some of my trades where no closed on their limit. I don't like the automatic log out. I don't like the drop disconnections. I would like to see the options to have increments on the limit. I would like view charts That can go several months. I would like the charts to have improved functions to zoom into a historic date and time.

Poor customer service... Don't reply to emails or call you back when they say they will. App also needs a lot of work.

Has some advantages over others, spreads can be less, but not fixed; good for smaller trades and odd amounts (to nearest 10p rather than £1) which makes trade sizing to risk tolerance easier. Charts frequently fail however, not good when this makes the entire platform crash when in a day trade.

It's OK. I mostly use the iPhone app and this has some nice features and good charts, but there are a few problems. I often launch the app and it fails to launch the prices, so you're sat there looking at an account balance of zero because my trades haven't loaded - you then need to close the app and relaunch it, which is a bit dull. The charts are good, but why oh why if the latest price is in the top right corner of the screen is it designed so that the X to close the view is covering it???? There is also no ability to scroll back through the charts to previous prices, which is a bit limiting. Overall, it's OK, but I'm having a lot better fortune with non-dealing desk FX platforms - here I win one and then lose one and you always feel a random spike to close you out is never far away if you start winning. On the non-dealing desk platform my bank has grown 500% in 6 weeks doing similar trades. No brainer, really.....

For the last year or 2 the customer service has been quite good. The graphs and charts are smooth and quite intuitive. Down side, when there is any kind of volatility their platform often fails to put orders throught

The Charts are RUBBISH ! High / Low and the trading is what "might" have happened if trades were executed. ETX is bit of "fun" but not for a serious trader. Even the ETX staff use Bloomberg charts ! Spreads change for no apparent reason, especially when there as been no movement for minutes, then as a trade is placed the spread changes, then returns a few seconds later. I live in remote countryside, no newspapers, no telegraph crossword. ETX is ok for the Coffee Break. Roy.

1) Because different strategies some times require a trader to have a Buy or Sell on at the same time as an opposing Buy or Sell, it would be helpful to be able to have this ability on your normal platform not just MT4 which is too much money when your starting out. 2) A few of us were talking about an issue where we put a number in Quantity or in Stop Loss pips and when we finish entering everything, somewhere along the line it changes the number. I thought it was just me being stupid and making a mistake, however, I came across 3 other people in my class in the same day that this was happening to, and we all agree, there seems to be some kind of a glitch. 3) You don't give support for Demo users, however, in order to move to a live platform, if something like number 2 happens or a mistake is made and you can't work out what you did wrong, it really is necessary for learning and confidence to move across to real money for feedback from the support team. 4) I am learning to trade Forex, Indices and Commodities primarily. I want to trade the Russel and the Dax but the spread is just way to big and prevents me from trading it. It would be great if the cost of this could be reassessed. 5) I don't have and never have had an iPad, so it would be really nice to be given one.

Not bad platform, doesn't have the range of markets that some competitors offer. but spreads are competitive. Not a great fan of systems based on Flash but as these sites go this is one of the better ones.Fairly clear and easy to navigate. Have had issues with it launching in some browsers, though usually a reload works. A useful provider to have an account with.

Nothing spectacular with this platform but also not too bad a platform to trade from. Screen Colour a bit 'dark'!!! I don't think I would be able to trade with those colours for too long as I currently do with a competitor!!! Perhaps a rethink and a re design would help here I think!!! Commissions a bit high!! Perhaps above the average!!!

Like the screen set up. Not happy about some of your 'stops', it seems you are more susceptible to highs and lows compared with other charts whereas I thought everyone worked off the 'real price'.

I would like to see a take profit target on the order page. I would also like my chart to be maximised on my screen when I click on it and not for me to have to move it then maximise which all takes time. Of course I would like tighter spreads on pairings with the AUD as I seem to like that currency but I won't hold my breath for that one. Thanks for reading.
