“Some times, application is slow in safari browser. especially for first time logins. Request you to add favourite pane. So, that can view favourite currency pairs for binary trade. need daily news on markets and analysis”

“More Payments Need to Be Accepted. It was a little frustrating for me at first because they did not accept the form of payment I was looking to use so it took a little longer to get everything set up than I would have liked. Customer service told me they are always adding payment options and mechanisms, so maybe in the future it will be different so for now I had to adjust.”

“I don’t like using a site or company that seems different every other week I work with them. This company has been around long enough to know what works and how to make the best of it to appeal to customers. Give me their stable environment over others every time”

“If you are looking for a place that will let you do your spread bets on the go, these are the guys to go with. The app they have is perfect for multiple platforms and gives you easy access to all of your accounts and information for fast trading at any time.”

“The one problem I have with ETX is that it takes longer to withdraw my funds to my international account than I would like. I know it isn’t their entire fault, but sometimes it is 4 or 5 days before I have it, which can be frustrating...”

“Maybe it was just me, but when I first started working with them it was really confusing and too much information to process all at once. It took some time in working with customer service before I understood everything more clearly, but it would be better to make things simpler for a novice better like me to start out..”

“I had a problem getting questions I had answered on the website. It seems slick and easy to use, but they didn’t really address all of the questions I had at first. Now that I know a little more, it is easier for me to find stuff, but the site could be more user-friendly.”
