“They charged interest twice in the same day for a rolling trade which they only reversed/refunded once I queried with them. This makes me uncomfortable using them going forward. Also their interest charges are a lot higher when compared to others eg IG. I've ended almost all my positions at etx and have moved to IG. The only regret is that I should have made this switched ages ago. Their customer service and trading platform is miles better than ETX!”

“Very poor customer service. 9 days after requesting a withdrawal , I am still in the dark. This is not the first time I am being given the run around when trying to withdraw funds.”

“I have experienced problems with logging into their platform and having emailed them, have never received a response. I have also tried to call and nobody answered. Very unsatisfactory for a trading company to have such poor communication”

“This is the best system and back up I've ever used. I've been trading for 3 days and I've turned £15k into 28k. I'm no proffesional stock dealer, just a pig farmer with a bad back condition , so I decided to try my analytical skills on the pro trader. I don't need to work again Very happ:)”

“Totally frustrated with lack of response to a query made on 21st May.Briefly your system was down and as a result,I made a small loss on a trade,for which I felt I should have been compensated. Despite several e mails,I have received no response,other than to provide more information, Having provided this ,I am then asked for the same information again! and then no response at all since my last of the 4th June. Similar situations with IG,have been resolved immediately and to my complete satisfaction. This trade and a similar one on the following day,were only very small trades,but ETX's lack of interest would certainly not encourage me to place anything larger with them.”

“I used ETX Capital to practice my trading ability on their practice account, this helped me to make use of their many indicator tools and make more educated decisions about my trades. Now I trade using their Trader Pro account and make a great supplementary income to my normal job, and the spreads they offer are great too!”

“ETX talk to you and listen to hat you have to say.I use ETX to take short positions.On one stock here the other firms systems were just saying 'trade not permitted due to borrowing restrictions,' I 'phoned ETX and they allowed me to take half the position I wanted - which is a lot better than nothing.”

“The platform is excellent, comprehensive in what you need it to do, and easy to understand. I particularly like the fact that one do a dummy costing before committing oneself to a real trade. Execution is speedy and accurate”

“My account manager in ETX capital is really fantastic. The customer service he has given me so far is the best i have ever seen in all the brokers i have come across with. He deals with me as an individual and is concerned on my personal development to be a successful trader not just about my money. For me so far i rate ETX capital 10 stars.”

“The customer service is excellent. My account manager is very very ethical and on point in his approach to me. Although i have not deposited any money, he will still call just to check how am doing with by studies at Uni without even discussing trading. It shows he is not just there for my money but for my success as a person. 10 stars rating for ETX Capital.”
