“I had a problem with the MT4 platform not permitting me to close a trade. It was sorted without drama on the telephone, but even that took a while. Luckily the price moved in my favour during that time!”

“Your support is not encouraging. No market analysis emails. Other companies (eg. Ironfx, colmex, xm) that I opened account with but never funded sends me market updates on email. There are loads of free training /webinars (not repetitive) from these companies but I haven't received any from etx. Generally, your website is user friendly but the mobile app is not very friendly. I so much struggle with order amendment. Happiness Kenneth h_anurika@yahoo.com”
