“Excellent the way everything is put across and the informed answering of any questions that are asked. I have learned a lot from the two webinars that I have so far seen and will be waiting for the next. Graham this time done a very good job explaining and my apologies for not remembering the guys name on the first but he also done an excellent job too.”

“The ETX mt4 system is brilliant and so east to use and i am finding no re quotes which is amazing.The sales staff are excellent and any queries i have with are answered very quickly. the also have an excellent bonus system. So for sure they are one of the best providers i have ever used.”

“Easy to use platform. Competitive spreads. Withdrawals are always on time. But best of all is education. ETXCapital has very good free webinars you can register, join in and learn from. I've recommend it to anyone.”

“Solid trading support and platform but average and, sometimes, poor admin support. Also, you could sharpen up on withdrawal payments. IG guarantee a same day chaps payment if you notify them by 10am and the funds are deducted almost immediately. Etx, unofficially, recommend thay clients request funds the previous day. Maybe there aren't enough support staff to payments process like IG. Also, it's frustrating that funds aren't deducted until after 2pm and confirmation emails aren't sent until much later in the day.”

“Do not trade with this platform, they will do everything within their powers to stop you withdrawing your funds, complete scam artists and total scumbags.”

“Very poor customer service. They scammed me out of a dividend, said that their trade management team would investigate it, did not get back to me after two months and did not respond to repeated emails regarding this query. When I called them they said they would get back to me but they never did. They will CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY, stay away!!”

“I m very pleased with the functionality and interactivity of ETX. The platform so far has been reasonably easy to use and have found the support of the ETX Capital team to have been fantastic. The ETX Capital team are very supportive and answer any question you may have timely and efficiently. I can't imagine having my trading account with an another broker.”

“Overall really good. I use a number of platforms and like many aspects of ETX. Would like to see stops and limits displayed against the open positions rather than needing to expand the position to see and edit the orders. Other than that, clean, simple, intuitive, really good ;)”

“You're way behind your competitors in customer service and resonse to queries, technical or regarding trading. The range of products in which to bet/trade is too limited too, and your spreads are not the greatest. Remitting funds to you is also too protracted, involving speaking to more than one person, Why can't this be done online? Sorry there are so may criticisms.”
