“I think this is very good. It is always straight forward and reliable. I am completly satisfied. I completly think i am safe with ETX Capital. I was not satisfied with another trading Supplier. From Sunday to Monday it closed and I hardly got my money with the old supplier. With Thanks, Tímea Nedo”

“i had no problems with the platform . It is easy to use, efficient and robust. I particularly like that i can have it open in various computers , something that I cannot do with other platforms.”

“Easy to use platform not over complicated competitive spreads. Margin requirements are low which I find useful. Platform is very responsive. One criticism is that when first logging in sometimes all the available are not visible.”

“I've used quite a few platforms over the years but was introduced to ETX about 2 years ago and I thought they wouldn't be much better from all the rest - but they were ! The platform is reliable and fast, easy to set up your own layout and the spreads are about the best I've seen. When placing trades they are executed immediately & I have total faith that I'm getting the fastest execution constantly. I've no hesitation in recommending ETX.”

“Very good platform overall does not lag much or crash, think the charting software could be a bit better. Possibly the ability to open multiple charts simultaneously of an instrument from different time frames would be very useful? Very quick to load and, easy to navigate , hence good timing for exit and entry. ETX has competitive spreads and a vast product list increasing the scope to make profits. In general a simple, effective and practical platform. 8/10 ****”

“Easy to fund account, but very difficult to withdraw funds!! Errors made in transactions were rectified but not flagged or explained, nor showing as self explanatory. Bonus offer does not appear designed to deliver unless one is prepared to take excessive risks. Overall experience makes one weary enough to read every small print repeatedly just in case.”

“Platforms are good to v good but your mobile app fails you on android as it does not work as it did 3 months ago times out and its not my phone or dles not need reloading from app store. This is aa I get from customer services. If it wasant for the quality of your platform I would not use you as I use mobile alot.”

“It's OK. I mostly use the iPhone app and this has some nice features and good charts, but there are a few problems. I often launch the app and it fails to launch the prices, so you're sat there looking at an account balance of zero because my trades haven't loaded - you then need to close the app and relaunch it, which is a bit dull. The charts are good, but why oh why if the latest price is in the top right corner of the screen is it designed so that the X to close the view is covering it???? There is also no ability to scroll back through the charts to previous prices, which is a bit limiting. Overall, it's OK, but I'm having a lot better fortune with non-dealing desk FX platforms - here I win one and then lose one and you always feel a random spike to close you out is never far away if you start winning. On the non-dealing desk platform my bank has grown 500% in 6 weeks doing similar trades. No brainer, really.....”

“For what its worth :-) - Web Application I find your web application fast efficient and easy to use. Speed of execution and locking prices is of paramount importance and your web app is very good in this respect. Your charts are also very detailed though I tend to use metatrader from another provider that I do the bulk of my trading with. Your spreads are tight also which is another plus point. Order entry was intuitive (negative stop setting), though not as easy to follow as other providers, but you get the hang of it soon enough. All in all, a good experience on the web. - Android Application This is where etx lets itself down. Recently the android app has been crashing on me, This happens at various points, though did not use to happen a month or so back. In the past, using your charts would crash the app, but now it seems even viewing and amending orders is leading to crashes. Its come to the point where it has become un-useable. This needs looked at immediately or it will turn people away from your service. - General Your incentives, e.g. bonus offers, are not as good as other providers, one of the main reasons I have not increased funds on this account. “For the last year or 2 the customer service has been quite good. The graphs and charts are smooth and quite intuitive. Down side, when there is any kind of volatility their platform often fails to put orders throught”
