“Good points - easy to start using; good range of markets; good reportage from closed positions export and monthly report. Not so good - significant % of trade buy/sells time out, especially ones submitted from charts; charts use too much desktop and could be easier to read. Other - good selection of training webinars, but as they are all in evening I don't watch them - why can't they be stored on the website for us to watch at a convenient time?”

“As a newbie, I find the platform very easy to work with: limits and stops are quickly established using points or prices trades are inexpensive with fractional £ bets excellent charting capability trailing stops are available reporting by email is accurate and quick the monthly accounting summary is ideal for filing”

“I think with everyone busy with jobs moving at a fast pace, and preferring email than phone nowadays, giving us the opportunity to think in peace and quiet (London is already a hectic place hence we need that internal control and peace)...my point being, your email response team on any issue be it on the asset classes enquiries, settlement, or as simple as depo, withdrawal transfer, your team have done a pretty amazing job in responding in quick time. Keep it up (and yea, the daily market commentary is nice, short and concise to the point)”

“I have previously used Igindex, spreadex, inter trader but I love ETX. your platform on my iphone6 by far offers the fastest login and response. Thumbs up and will be referring to my friends =)”

“Since I started trading, I have used 3 or 4 different of platforms. All have had differing offerings. However, overall, I find ETX to be an all round, fully effective, easy to learn and use system. I have had an occasion to contact them directly and they responded very quickly and effectively. I rate them very good indeed.”
