“i cannot get through on the phone. i can't trade on that basis - and yes - its unfortunate that i usually trade in the lesser traded or more difficult. i came to you because i could nt get a price from ig on a share i wanted to short - so far so good - but i could nt get through to trade that or others. no good giving me a bonus if i can't use it! so sorry , but i will continue with ig john bradney”

“WOW! These are great when they want you to join them but after that! Customer Service is the worst I have experienced. It feels as though they have a (singular) student who responds to queries. The responses I have had have often been incorrect. On top of that the chart information has been wrong on a few occasions triggering an order and subsequently being closed out for a loss. I get two emails on the same day; one tells me I have been awarded the bonus (that was 8 months ago) and then another telling me the bonus has been deducted as I did not meet the criteria! Never again!”

“Very poor customer service. 9 days after requesting a withdrawal , I am still in the dark. This is not the first time I am being given the run around when trying to withdraw funds.”

“Very poor customer service. They scammed me out of a dividend, said that their trade management team would investigate it, did not get back to me after two months and did not respond to repeated emails regarding this query. When I called them they said they would get back to me but they never did. They will CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY, stay away!!”

“Exploited a position by giving me just 39 minutes after 11pm on Sunday night to add additional funds to my account . As I did not do so (as I was asleep!), they closed the position triggering a loss of more than £1,200. I complained and they said tough. Appalling customer service - avoid!”

“I have been advised previously that I could not be contacted when my trade was closed as it was a bank holiday and there was not enough staff to contact me. This left me feeling frustrated, furious and disregarded.”
