“Not very happy with Eurocell. First time I’ve used them and tried to place an order, but the website kept resetting itself. Because of that, I ended up ordering just 1 length of skirting instead of 3. Wouldn’t normally be a big issue, but now I’m being charged £15 delivery twice – all because of the website glitch. Pretty frustrated!”

“When you make the effort to attend an interview for a counter job with them, you chase HR for an outcome and they fail to respond whether positive or negative shows something about the way they operate. Common courtesy seems to be irrelevant.”

“Order has taken twice as long as quoted Ordered some windows based on the price and turn around time of 4 weeks. After four weeks of waiting, I was informed the order will not be delivered for another 4 weeks. Really poor customer service.”

“Store prices actually much higher than online prices. Had to go out of Eurocell door buy online on my phone and immediately re-enter with order number and detail to get lower price. Madness!”
