“Order has taken twice as long as quoted Ordered some windows based on the price and turn around time of 4 weeks. After four weeks of waiting, I was informed the order will not be delivered for another 4 weeks. Really poor customer service.”

“Online order prices much cheaper than walk into the shop prices. Got stung . Poor business model, reluctant to use this company again.”

“Store prices actually much higher than online prices. Had to go out of Eurocell door buy online on my phone and immediately re-enter with order number and detail to get lower price. Madness!”
