“I ordered and paid, the package never arrived and no money has been returned to me. No emails after order confirmation, no nothing. Customer service refuses to help me as I cannot confirm a phone number PayPal has apparently automatically created for the payment (and thus I do not know what the number is). So lost over a hundred euros and never received the shirts.”
“Ordered several products to give as Christmas presents back in October. Received only 4 out of 5 items, with one having a really bad printing. Contacted customer service immediately to get it fixed. It has now been three months of emails, communicating with different customer service employees every email, trying over and over to explain what happened and what the previous guy wrote, and still it is not fixed. It has actually been no response for a few weeks, so I am probably beeing ignored. Stay away from this shop.”

EL PROBLEMA aquí es que no recibí ningún correo de confirmación de envío de paquete ni el número de rastreo. Tuve que llamar al servicio al cliente que es completamente EN IDIOMA INGLÉS y me dieron el número de rastreo de mi paquete por UPS. La paquetería no me encontro en mi domicilio y envío el producto a un punto de recogida (Yo creo que eso es lo que sucede con los productos de todos lo que dicen que nunca recibieron nada)
CONCLUSIÓN: Pésimo manejo del paquete, esto provoca la desesperación, ignorancia y enojo del cliente”
“Please do not order anything from this company of thieves. Jersey order 13/11 - have not received it, have not received a refund. Customer services are going nothing to help at all. Cannot get them to refund even though they are now legally breaking the law as it’s over 30 days since I ordered. We are having to use chargeback to get our money back. Let’s see how the enjoy a bank chasing them for their debts. Really should not be allowed to operate. Have raised a complaint with trading standards and am seriously considering going to the police as their is ample evidence in here and on other review sites that they are taking peoples money and not providing the goods purchase and then not giving refunds. They are a criminal organisation pretending to be a business. Starting a petition to get the closed down. For the nfl teams that have signed up to the UK market - what are you going to do about this? This is a terrible service. I bought a t-shirt in November, they took my money in ten seconds, send me an order confirmation sying I would receive it no later then December 11th. - since then - NOTHING!
No t-shirt, and they haven't replied to four messages to their customer service - just ignoring me.
I will report them anywhere I can, and try to get my money back through my bank.”
