“My Euroventure trip was an incredible experience. I decided to go on a tour they offered exploring the Balkans and right from the off they tailor everything to your needs and aims for your trip, adjusting routes and locations to make sure my travels fit within the 3 weeks I had to go. On top of this I was a solo female traveller and they could not have done more to make me feel safer and prepared, sending out travel packs with everything I could possibly need to get by from exchange rates, to local taxi numbers and maps with Postcodes to my hostels. All of the hostels I was booked into were gorgeous and the perfect environment as a solo traveller due to being able to meet a number of other travellers whom I'm still good friends with now. And, as if being organised, helpful and offering up beautiful locations and accommodation they were also at the end of a phone or email whenever you might have needed them. Absolute superstars and well, I really had the time of my life.”

“First class service & made 'myeuroventure' an unforgettable experience. From the start the team @ Euroventure made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had about doing the 'whole hog.' I'd never travelled before, so for me this was a huge thing to do & going to be honest, one of the influencing factors was reading other people's reviews. The best decision I made was booking with Euroventure, as they did the hard work and all you have to do is show up! The little booklet you get including your itinerary, currency, suggestions of what to do, eat & drink was awesome. Plus, the directions of how to get to the hostels / and / or around the cities was great and I followed it to a tee. Thank you so much for everything, your customer service is first rate and I would recommend you guys to anyone! xx”

“Very well organised and put together, with a helpful online team. Some of the directions were a little vague - especially Berlin Hauptbahnhof - that's an absolute nightmare and I nearly missed my train. It would benefit from VERY specific train/platform details etc. The hostels were very clean, but some were better than others. The best: Flying Pig Uptown, Amsterdam, and The Czech Inn, Prague. The worst: Funk Hostel, Zagreb, and Alessandro Palace, Rome. They were all quite noisy, but I'm an old fart and that probably wouldn't bother most people! On the whole a really good package and good value.”

Hi Tim, Great to hear you were happy with our service! With regards to the station directions we aim to provide as accurate directions as possible, however we're unfortunately not able to give details like train platforms since these are subject to change until the last minute. We prefer not to supply them than to provide information that might turn out to be wrong. As always, the station staff and boards are the best source of information for platform queries. With that said, I'm very gald you made your train in the end :) Many thanks also for your feedback on our hostels. We review our partnerships each year to make sure that standards are maintained, so we really appreciate you taking the time to let us know which hostels were your favourites and which were less impressive. “The guys at Euroventure have been nothing but brilliant! Michael and Karis have been excellent in answering all our questions and queries, and going out of their way to accommodate our bespoke 5-day interrailing trip to Amsterdam, Berlin and Prague. The travel pack was a really nice touch, being personalised to our party and including useful phrases for each country and a summary of things to do and visit. The hotels were all in central and accessible locations (public transportation was no more than a few minutes walk away!). The rooms were all of the described 3/4* quality and had no complaints - couldn't have done a better job ourselves! Overall, would definitely recommend Euroventure and have no doubt that this will not be the only trip I book with them 😉 Tony”

“I don't normally write reviews but this company really did have good customer service because of the personal touch to everything. It's nice that they actually seem to care about your wellbeing? I was unfortunate enough to sustain an alcohol-induced injury on a pub crawl and Euroventure's emergency phone got a late night call and helped me sort stuff out. Also I missed a train and they gave me the info for the next one. Hostels were great too and really helpful and knowledgeable, plus met so many great and interesting people on my travels and even a couple of others with Euroventure too. Basically it's set up so that it feels like you're travelling independently, which you are I guess since it's still up to you where you go, but they do all the organising in advance. I've told mates at uni about them and looking to put a group together for next summer.”

“The service I received from Euroventure was excellent! I had decided that after I finished my degree I wanted to spend some time away but I just didn't have the time to plan alongside revision and essays. Euroventure provided the solution. We selected the Balkan Trail and gave them the dates and they planned us a fantastic trip. The itinerary book they sent us gave us lots of tips for things to see and do so they even saved me a lot of research! Everything was very straight forward and the team kept in touch with extra details (some journey details etc) and were always there for any queries. I had the best trip and couldn't recommend Euroventure more highly!”

“One day I'll be able to find the right words to express how incredible my trip was. My younger sister (18 y/o) and I (20 y/o), with the help of the amazing team at Euroventure spent 28 breath-taking days inter railing around Europe. We had always wanted to get out of England and be brave and explore the beautiful towns and cities the continent had to offer. You're able to pay for your trip in affordable instalments, work one-on-one with the Euroventure team to plan a journey that suits you and they're on-call every step of the way should you need assistance (we never needed this as the personalised itinerary they give you held all the information we needed). I would not hesitate to team up with Euroventure again as they deliver service in a personable but professional way, being a young adult they treated me with respect but also gave me age-appropriate care (in-case any parents are worried about letting you loose in a foreign country). It was a once in a lifetime eye-opening experience and my cultural awareness has soared. I took some amazing photos, met some incredible people, ate lots of delicious food, learned so much about myself and really bonded with my sister. I can't thank the Euroventure team enough, I wish them so much luck on their future as a company as my experience with them was no less than perfect. Eternally grateful and I really look forward to booking another trip as soon as I can!”

“A friend and I recently booked the iron curtain trip through, Berlin, Prague, Vienna and Budapest with euroventure. “This was a first 'inter-railing' trip, being in my 40's I was a bit uncertain as to what to expect. Booking was easy with Euroventure, the train tickets arrived in the form of a travel information pack a few weeks before the trip started. The pack included a booklet that had a step by step guide with regards to getting from hostel to hostel by tram/tube etc. The guide was flawless and got me from place to place easily. I found the hostels clean, comfortable and full of friendly staff and fellow travelers. If you have the right attitude that you are not in a single room hotel and like to mix in then you'll be fine. I just completed the 'Iron Curtain' 1 week trip and i'll be undertaking a 2 week trip in 2017 I enjoyed it so much. Safe and happy travels.”

“Little did I know when I put my first deposit down with Catherine and Euroventure the trip that was to come. We had a stress free booking as Catherine done everything for us, from tailor making our trip to booking all our accommodation and booking all our trains. You have no idea the stress this would cause had this not have been done for us as you arrive to train stations at different times and during peak times of the year most hostels are booked up. The hostels we stayed in were like hotels. We had a fantastic trip from start to finish. Catherine and Euroventure were always available for any questions and also had an emergency telephone number had anything of gone wrong during our trip. All our trains and accommodation were booked with no problems and we had a four week stay. During this stay I had a sudden family bereavement and had to return home early and for this Catherine and Euroventure couldn't of been more helpful. Myself and my boyfriend emailed Catherine in Euroventure and she offered fantastic help which was a lovely personal touch from what I can imagine is a huge business with many people emailing all day and night. This helped me so much and because we missed out on three cities she offered to help us book again should we have wished. Thank you so much to Catherine and to Euroventure. It was the most professional, organised and pleasant company I have dealt with and also recommended you to another couple who also traveled around Europe and had a fantastic stay! We had a full travel pack with all our cities in it and also things to do in that city, how much the travel cost was and also how to get to our hostel from the train station. You don't realize how helpful and how much work goes into that until you have it. It is a souvenir we will have for life. We had the holiday of a lifetime and we thank you for every city. We fell in love with so many European cities, made fantastic friends and felt the heartbreak every time we left a city. Thank you for all you done for us and for giving us the trip of a lifetime and for ultimately giving us the "Travel Bug". We will definitely be booking again. But at times, the prospect of packing your bags, buying a one-way ticket, and venturing out into the world is far too daunting, which is why companies like Euroventure are so desperately needed. I couldn't have been happier with my decision to travel with Euroventure. “Using Euroventure really helped to simplify our trip, setting us in well placed, decently priced, clean hostels. The booklet was incredibly useful in the initial hours/day of each city before we managed to get any maps. However, some of the directions were outdated and some were just wrong. Also, there was some lack of info for booking on some of the shorter trains which resulted in a 4-hour train journey being spent on the floor in the corridor. Overall, i would definitely recommend to a friend and would not hesitate to use again.”
