“Worst customer service. There are better options out there. Don't bother. Short version: They sent me a defective product, I told them within 30days of receiving the product and they refused to refund me. Long version: I ordered a phone case, it was defective, falling apart and had very sharp edges that cut my hands. I emailed them within 30days of delivery. After 4 MONTHS!! of emailing with them about it, they refused to refund me because it was after the refund window (which was a LIE, because when I first emailed them FOUR MONTHS before, i was within that window - not to mention there is nothing in their policy that says there is a time limit on defective products). These scam artists just strung me along for four months. I will never buy another product from them. I ordered a charger stand, which works great, but was is too expensive for what it is, especially because the convert from US to CAD. (So also not great for non-US customers).”

“Ordered an item that was faulty when it arrived. Took over a month to get the replacement part. That replacement part then became faulty again several weeks later, and now Evolved Chargers are insisting I pay for the replacement part, even though it was faulty! Customer service is shockingly bad - you need to chase up every email for a response.”

“Their product did not work for my phone, even though it was advertised as a compatible charger for a Galaxy 24 ultra. Their website offers a 30 day money back guarantee but they will not accept a return "if the box has been opened." DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are a ripoff.”

“Before I purchased their compact power bank, I confirmed with the customer service team that I could use the power bank to charge my iPhone X with a cable. So I happily purchased it along with the MagSafe case, thinking it would make my life easier on my business trip next week. When I received the item last week, I discovered that there is no USB port on the power bank, and my phone doesn’t charge properly with the MagSafe case. It only charged less than 10 percent in more than one hour, and both the power bank and the phone became very hot. It’s a very disappointing purchase. I contacted the customer service last week and am still waiting for their response.”
