Visited the Keswick store and was greeted by two staff members, both pleasant and very welcoming. I spent ages in the store looking for a dress to wear and bought a couple of t shirts and my dress, so much choice and nice and cool on a hot day. Enjoyed my visit, Hayley served me and really friendly on the till.

Went into EWM today to buy shoes following recommendations. After a few minutes browsing Wendy M approached me asking if I needed any help. She was very approachable and went the extra mile to find shoes for my extra wide feet. I purchased one pair and she has ordered another pair for me with no obligation to buy I was very impressed with her excellent customer service.

Went on holiday and went into EWM on Keswick and bought some lovely items. They had ladies tops on BOGOF and t shirts on a 2 for £22 offer. The shop looked nice and the staff were friendly. I was helped by a lady called Julie who was very obliging. Love this shop.

We shopped with our phone from Canada. When we got home (Australian) the gloves were at the PO Box. Thank you

Highly recommended.Extremely happy with purchase of two cashmere jumpers for my Wife, totalling £224.10.Arrived promptly in just two working days.Beautiful designs and coordinated colour schemes.Even got a 10% discount as a new Customer. My firm advice is to buy from EWM if you know your size and exactly what you want otherwise suggest you don't bother.I note that the majority of gripes are from Customers returning goods for a full refund the complaining when not forthcoming 2/3 weeks later.

I was visiting the Lake District and was excited in Keswick to see an Edinburgh woolen mill open. The store was full of lovely items I bought 2 Country rose tunic tops and a pack of short bread. The staff were so helpful and myself and my friends had such a laugh with the gentleman and lady who were working they made us feel welcome and were a stand out part of our day. We will be back in spring.

The shop in Keswick recently reopened and I am so pleased. We bought my mum who's in a home some new clothes. The prices are reasonable and the sale t shirts start at £10. Nicely laid out and lots to choose from plus the staff were really helpful.

I visited EWM in Scottsdale garden centre horningsea yesterday Tuesday 10th, I know some things a a little pricey but quality is good. The staff in there are great, always welcomed by Carol as she's in there a lot on her own but she does a wonderful job and very polite. Keep up the good work and she needs to be noticed for how hard she works. Thanks Paul

I visited Edinburgh Woollen Mill in Bents Garden Centre in November with a group from our luncheon club. I just wanted to say the 3 young ladies who helped us find what we were looking for were so helpful so much so I took their names Viv, Amanda and Gemma. I also bought items for myself and was impressed by the display in the changing rooms of items match together as an outfit, and consequently bought my Christmas outfit. Altogether a happy experience and look forward to coming again in the New Year

I visited EWM today at the Woodcote garden centre, with my mother who is in a wheelchair, she was trying on some jumper’s and was asking our opinion when a member off staff bought a long mirror over for us so my mother could have a look at herself, and even helping her take them off. The name on the receipt was Susan, and we would like to thank her for her kindness.

I visited EW at Bents Garden Centre along with an 89year old relative who was wanting a pair of slippers. The assistant was called Jo and she gave us excellent service. Unfortunately, as my relative stood up to walk in the slippers she lost her balance and fell into one of the displays and then onto the floor. Jo could not have been kinder to us and sent for the first aider. Pleased to say my relation was ok. Last month we also visited EW and Jo also helped us whilst searching for tops and she was most helpful.

They helped me find some items that had been seen online by a friend. I only had the reference numbers, they managed to find them for me.

I felt like I was waiting ages for my delivery, however after my order being stuck on processing for 10days I rang customer services. They apologised and informed me there was a glitch in there system, which they rectified meaning I received my parcel the next day. Very helpful. Would use again.

I wont say it was a bad experience. The sfaff were friendly and helpful. I have a patterned woollen sweater that is old and needs replacing so I thought EWM Kings Lynn would be the place. I bought a cotton one from M&S but didn't like it. EWM had lots of plain colours but I wanted patterned. I got a nice one made of polyester, on sale at 27. It's OK but I wanted wool. I certainly would not have paid the original price for what is essentially plastic. I would have thought from the name that I could get wool. I now find exactly what I want from "Great and British Knitwear" made in Scotland from actual wool and only 24. If EWM had a decent range of patterned WOOL sweaters I would surely have bought one.

I simply wanted to order a gift voucher. For this I was charged £3.50 postage, as click and collect was not convenient. This is not the way to attract customers.
