“We wanted to protect the really nice woodgrain on our table, but we also wanted to be able to see it. We had to request a bit of help with sizing, and the support from exactmats was really responsive. We ordered a clear mat that was nice and thick. It fits well and is exactly what we wanted. It smelled a bit like plastic when it arrived, but it is plastic, so that was to be expected. It doesn't smell anymore.”

I called and spoke to Katie who was so nice and wonderful! She sent me a shipping label and I returned it along with a "template" I made using paper. “Great experience. I needed a custom-cut mat to protect my vintage dinette table, and contacted customer service ahead of time to see the best way to send in the shape and dimensions. We agreed that I'd cut my own paper template and ship it to them, and they would honor the special pricing/free-shipping offer even though I couldn't order directly online by the deadline. They emailed me the cost when they received the template, I paid for my order, and I received the mat in short order. It fits perfectly!! Highly recommend ExactMats. Note about photo: I didn't get around to opening and unrolling the mat for 2 months, and as the package insert said, larger mats shipped rolled will take a while to flatten out. Took this shot right after I put it on the table. I have faith it will flatten on its own soon. If not, they said putting it in the sun or using a hair dryer will do the trick.”

“Thank you, Your mat worked perfectly on my corner kitchen sink floor. The floor was starting to deteriorate from putting wet items on the sink floor. I tried buying a rubber floor tray but they don't make them for corner sink cabinets to fit the complete floor. When I found ExactMats, I knew it would correct my problem. I repaired the floor, sanded & painted it. I made a template of my corner sink floor & traced it on your crystal clear ExactMat & cut it to match the floor. Once installed I caulked around all outside edges with a caulk that looked as clear as water & up about a 1/2" off the floor. I sure my wet floor problem will never happen again. Thanks again for your help. Roger O.”

“Last year I inquired about clear mats for my 2023 Genesis GV60; at the time it was not available. The customer service rep and production manager went above and beyond. They were responsive and procured the exact measurements for my floor mats. They let me know as soon as it was available for ordering... the clear mats look amazing! “When I pulled it out it was a bit bumpy. I was skeptic and worried I’d be perceived as an old lady with plastic on her table even though I’m 32 🤣. After staring at it for 24 hours I realized it might need some help flattening. I set heavy flat items on soft placemats and shifted them around a week. I started loving it more and more. I just had a party that included like 10 kids and lots of adults. No one noticed there was anything on top of the table!! When I told them they were so surprised. Very happy with my purchase!”

“Very easy to order, measurements were perfect. Issue I'm having is that these were for nightstands but when I put a lamp on them after 3 days there are marks on the mat that I can't remove yet there is nothing on the bottom of the lamps. I'm attributing the marks to the weight of the lamp. If i had known, I would not have wasted my money and bought glass instead. I'm also worried about the coasters as there seems to be marks in the making.”

We typically do not recommend Crystal for high-gloss surfaces as it can cause air bubbles to become temporarily trapped between surfaces. While some customers may not mind this (fully depends on their needs and use-case), we do not recommend Crystal for high-gloss for this reason. “Was looking for something that would be the equivalent of an indoor door mat. Found ExactMats but was concerned that even their thickest material which is still very thin would not be strong enough. Then I read where people make mats for under their exercise equipment so that was enough of an endorsement for us. I ordered a 29” x 17” clear, frosted mat to fit in the threshold between our master bedroom and our breakfast nook. We had some minor carpet damage to mask and also keep it from getting worse.
