“Hello, Thank you for the exam papers. Unfortunately, I received wrong shipment. I placed the order for 4 sets of KS2 practice papers and 5 sets of KS1 practice papers. But instead of receiving KS1 practice papers, I received 5 sets of KS2 practice tests papers. I didn't find KS1 practice papers in the shipment. I have placed the order for my friends too. So they are expecting their desired test papers. And also because I have made the payment for KS1 papers for my son in year 2 and for few other families too. I understand it could be a general mistake, but I would appreciate if you could look into it. Regards Wajeeha”

“Fantastic service, item was delivered when stated and we were kept informed of it's progress. We ordered the three exam paper set for maths and literacy and what a fantastic product. It will most certainly help our daughter prepare for her SAT's. We only wish we found Exam Ninja earlier. We will most certainly be using their service again in the future.”

“Disappointed that though I have purchased items before, your system refused to recognise me, despite being able to contact me. I therefore dealt by phone. That was not easy : I rang several time on a Friday afternoon before getting through to a machine which said that someone would get back to me. They didn't. I eventually managed to contact a human being and we completed the transaction. I was impressed by the speed with which the order arrived and I thought that contents of the books was brilliant, though I wish you could do something about the smell.
