“I ordered SAT paper for my daughter online a week ago. However, I still haven't received it yet! The Royal mail reference code doesn't work at all. I have tried to call Exam Ninja but always ended up with "voice mail" ! I have also send emails for help but received no reply!”

“It's been 6 days since I ordered 3 science books for my Y9 son to prepare for his exams and I still didn't receive them. There was no option for next-day delivery. So disappointed, the week is finished, and no point in using these books anymore. Will never buy again from this website.”
