“Not a scam; but might as well be. Exam Ninja chose a courier that was unable to deliver to my address. A good business practice would be to: ship through a different courier or grant a refund. Exam Ninja did neither. I lost the money I spent on the Exam Ninja site and received nothing to show for it. I do NOT recommend buying from Exam Ninja directly. I cannot speak for the products. As I never received them.”

“I ordered 3 cgp 10 mins test books (8-9 yrs). I have been sent practice books instead and I have contacted exam ninja through email but no response. And no response on phone either. Disappointed.”

“There were no past papers at all, only sample questions, maybe about 6 in all. Of course, there could be some somewhere in the giant list, but who has time to download and open a couple of hundred documents looking for one specific document. Either way, it was labelled as past papers and I didn't get past paper.”

“Sorry to say this what ever the order was placed was not been delivered on time and all the items were not there in one parcel .After informing the team too there was no reply from Exam Ninja and it's better to get from high street .”
