“I ordered the KS2 SATS for 2024 and the image shown in the website shows that the papers are for 2023 KS2 SATS and beyond. But when I opened my parcel, I found that the test papers received are for 2020 KS2 SATs and beyond which is an older version.”

“I used this for a school revision group. The texts were (as advertised) harder than the actual ones and too hard and long for the group I had. There were some errors in the answers and the answer booklets were missing boxes and grids which caused confusion and I think was a poor oversight. I was also disappointed with the length of time I waited for these to arrive. Ordered Friday and received on Wednesday which meant I had to create some additional resources for the interim and defeated the object of having paid for them as it was to spare me the bother I won't pay for these resources again. I have since found”

“Placed an order on 9th March and have not received it. Contact Exam Ninja via email, no response, left two voicemails no response. Have been sent an email containing Royal Mail Tracker details, no information available and advised to contact seller. So not getting anywhere anytime soon.”

“A bit disappointed. I paid for a pack of 4 different books; in the pack I received, there are 2 KS3 Maths study books (11-14) but missing Year7 Maths Targeted Workbook (11-12)-EN2091 CGP-B2C2. So please send me the missing book so that I return you the extra KS3 Maths study books (11-14). Thank you”

“I had ordered as had understood the package would be sent by next day delivery as i had ordered more than 40 GBP worth of goods. I was only in London from Friday 6 October to Monday 9 October, so did not receive my order as had already left London before my package had arrived.”
