HI Nazanin, thanks a lot for your review and feedback. We are currently reviewing access to our tools and how we could improve user experience in order to make the tools more user friendly. We will shortly be holding a number of user groups with our clients in order to understand where we can improve, and your input would be critical to making our service better.
