“Ordered online. Waited over a week to find they never had my product in stock. Nobody contacted me. When I contacted them they couldn’t care less. Then refused to send confirmation of my refund. Then waited 5 days for it to be returned. I should’ve know better as the site is so awful”

“My client called me to tell me they hadn't received their products. I called your office, to be told that your supplier will not be delivering to you until this Friday, in which case the items will not be delivered to my client until next week, which is 3 weeks after the original order. If the item was out of stock, it would have been nice to have been informed.”

“Ordered 19th Sept after enquiries told supplier letting down 16th oct told would receive within 2 days. 16th Oct a lady from 2 streets away brought my order,she was at 226 am 266. Parcel addressed correctly. Worst service ever!!!! Product £2:75 paying £12:92 never again!!!”

“I was very upset upon receiving the delivery, the box was completely broken even inside packaging was broken in to pieces, The delivery man delivered when I was not home, even though I request to phone 30 minutes before the delivery. It was received by my children and he told my children that there is note to report if any damage but there was no note inside. When I checked the vacuum cleaner an orange tab at base was damaged, but could not report without the note. I will never order again from this company.”

“Took 12 days to receive my order. Found your communication very poor as I had to chase up my order. This was my first dealings with you, and will be my last. ( the girl on phone was very polite)”
