“Hi, great service, fast and well organised, but, when the box arrived on my doorstep, it looked like it had been used as a football, even the delivery man was a bit concerned, your service was great but maybe have a word to the company that looks after delivering your goods.”

Hi Ro. I have just noticed your review about how long your order took to receive. Sorry about that, I have just had a look and we actually shipped your order 3 business days after approval/payment, which is very quick on the production side. It looks like the freight time to WA due to all the current delays took a couple of weeks though. Something completely out of our control unfortunately with Australia Post. This is unfortunate, the review comes across as if our production may be the cause of the delay, with our entire business built around super quick production it's not good for us. You did go for the free freight option which is regular post, if lead time is a concern on any future orders I would suggest choosing the courier freight option, it would have been around $12 on this order and would have resulted in a lot shorter transit timeframe.
